Founded by Susannah Ayre, a leader with over 18 years of experience in education, training, and leadership development, Ayre & Co. was born from a desire to cut through the noise. After years of working with globally recognized brands like Arc'teryx, Fjällräven, and Lush Cosmetics, Susannah saw firsthand what makes great leadership thrive and what often holds it back.
With a background that blends strategic thinking, creative design, and on-the-ground coaching, Susannah brings a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and lead. She’s known for building training programs that actually stick, because they’re built for real people doing real work.
Rooted in the mountains of Vancouver’s North Shore, we draw daily inspiration from the clarity and rhythm of the natural world. That’s why our tools are designed to feel grounded, usable, and adaptable, whether you’re growing your first team or leading across continents.
